I have a deep, working knowledge of SaaS platforms and direct experience in designing, implementing and administering Shopify Plus, NetSuite and Salesforce. I'm skilled at report creation, dashboard design and creating workflows to support internal business processes.

I'm skilled on several different content management systems to include Shopify Plus, Wordpress and Squarespace. From design to configuration I have direct experience in working with on-page copy, images, landing page design, and shopping cart customization. I'm in Google Analytics on a daily basis and am skilled at implementation and report creation. 

Search engine optimization and conversion rate optimization are new areas of growth for me. I'm adept at analysis and leveraging tools to help attribute traffic, identify user behavior and help increase both traffic and conversions.

Customer success and helping customers reach their goals is something I'm really passionate about. I have extensive experience in working with customers in both a pre-sales and post-sales context. I'm a "power user" of tools like Intercom, Zendesk and Slack with expertise in creating powerful, positive customer experiences.
